Christopher Jackson founded Global Claims Resources (GCR) in 2000 to provide superior quality healthcare management at affordable pricing. Utilizing his extensive healthcare experience, Mr. Jackson created a cost containment company that utilizes streamlined processes to maximize efficiency, technology and savings.

Serving as the President and CEO of a medical discount vendor, Mr. Jackson implemented competitive contracts with providers without having logo requirements and developed creative solutions for various managed care hurdles. He was instrumental to the start up of another cost containment company, where he performed in various roles, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.

Mr. Jackson majored in Business Administration from Central Texas College after serving in the U.S. Army, where he earned an Army Achievement Medal and Certificate of Achievement from the Commander and Chief of the European Command.

Rob Vazquez

Chief Operating Officer

GCR’s Chief Operating Officer, Rob Vazquez is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of GCR’s worldwide sales and marketing services.

Mr. Vazquez began his career at a large insurer where he started in the mail room. During the next 28 years he has held several leadership positions within the Insurance Industry including Third Party Administrators, Sales and Marketing Firms, and his most recent position as Director of Operations for a Major International Insurance Company.

With his diverse industry knowledge, Mr. Vazquez’s exceptional experience and unique perspective puts GCR in a position to anticipate, understand and work through the challenges exclusive to this industry.
A native of Cuba, Mr. Vazquez immigrated to the US with his family in the early 1970’s. He has found his ability to communicate in two languages to be invaluable in this service driven industry.

Mr. Vazquez resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and children.
